Rates & Policies

Receptional Rental

  • Use of our wedding coordinators services
  • use of elegant off-white or black table linens & matching linen napkins, floor-length tablecloths
  • off-white china, glassware, flatware, bartender & serving staff, china & silverware for your cake table, staff to cut and serve cake
  • linen skirting, lighting and tulle on cake and head tables, as needed
  • set-up and decorating before, clean-up after your event; bride & groom's name on marquee
  • red carpet entry, use of our personal decorations including flowers, topiaries, tulle, chargers, candelabras, mirrors, centerpieces, table lighting & table runners.
  • Day before entry for decorating and set-up.

$950.00 rental fee. *Minimum food/beverage purchase required.

Big Screen Projection

For a small fee, use of the big screen is also available to show home movies or photos, wedding video & business presentations. $100.00 for up to 2 hours (DVD & VHS compatible). Additional rental items available: chair covers, chair sashes, table runners, mirrors, chargers, table lighting and flower rings, floor length tablecloths, overlays, gazebo, ferns and topiaries.

Our Policy

A deposit of full rental amount is required. In case of cancellation, deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the rental date. A $350.00 refundable damage deposit is also required. This deposit will be refunded, if needed, after inspection of premises. Food orders, liquor orders and full payment are due 3 weeks in advance. A customary 20% gratuity and Missouri state and local tax will be added to all food and beverage items. The bar may be used as open bar or cash bar at your discretion. No one under the age of 21 will be served alcohol. This is a non-smoking facility and will be kept as such during all rentals. A 5% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments. Rental rates are for 4 hours. Additional hours $100.00 per hour.

Iced Tea, Lemonade, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mug Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, Sierra Mist, Mt. Dew & Bottled Water Or by the box approx. 100 glasses

Alcoholic Beverages

  • Domestic Kegs $195.00 (Approx. 200 glasses);
  • Fully Stocked Cash Bar
  • Wines - Merlot; Chardonnay; White Zinfandel. Other wines available by special order.
